Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Better Future Club CBC, we are committed to providing quality educational materials. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in good condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Mobile Money or Card via DPO)

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
